Today I bring 3 options for breakfast, which in addition to being very practical and perfect for people who do not have much time, are very delicious and healthy.
With these recipes there will be no excuse that there is no time for breakfast as they are prepared in less than 5 minutes and can be prepared from the night before.
Fasting causes many problems, there are studies that show that children as adults who do not eat breakfast tend to eat worse and have a more sedentary life.
It has also been proven that people who do not eat breakfast increase their cholesterol and insulin levels higher and therefore more tendency to suffer from diabetes and heart disease than those who eat breakfast.
Many people believe that to lose weight is a good idea to fast, what they do not know is that they do the opposite.

3 Breakfast Ideas
3 Easy breakfast
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Zucchini grated
- 90 gr Fresh Cheese
- 2 leaves basil
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp oats
- 3/4 cup Natural Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Banana
- 7 Almonds
- Salt and Pepper
Option 1 - Eggs
- In a bowl add 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste and mix
- Add the zucchini and mix
- In a pan put a little of water and let boil, then add the eggs
- Put 30 gr of Fresh cheese and close
- After 4 minutes it's ready! you can serve extended or bent like an omellet
Option 2 - Tomato Salad
- Finely chop the basil
- Add cherry tomatoes and 60 gr of fresh cheese
- Add the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and mix
Option 3 - Banana Oatmeal
- Blend the almonds, oats, yogurt, honey and milk.
- Add 1/2 banana in pieces
- Let it stand, you can leave it on the refrigerator overnight.
