Certainly, we all love a Creamy Mushroom Soup, so milky. Usually, it is prepared with flour and/or butter to make it creamy. But, if you are under diet to lose weight, you should not do so. Hence, I will show you that it is possible to get a light and low calories creamy soup without flour and butter.
Creamy Mushroom Soup, in Light Version

What’s the secret? Easy is the answer: oatmeal! Not only will you get the milky consistency, but you will turn your soup into a light, nourishing, low calories and palatable soup. This is for the oatmeal provides with Vitamin E, B5, and B6 that help to prevent cancer. Its minerals, such as iron, manganese, and copper to prevent anemia. They also help to synthesize fats and regulate hormones, amongst other benefits for our body.
On the other hand, mushrooms are a rich source of vegetable proteins. This is recommended in particular to who is following a diet without meat intake. The advice is to include mushrooms to balance your eating plan. Mushrooms also help to prevent any liquid retention and balance artery tensions. In sum, here you have an easy, quick, economic ingredient that is versatile too.

Creamy Mushroom Soup, in Light Version

500 grs mushroom
2 cups milk
2 cups water
2 spoons oatmeal
3 spoons onion
3 spoon celery (without threads)
1 clove garlic
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Boil the oatmeal with milk, water, garlic, onion, celery.
Add a pinch of salt and the mushrooms (not all of them, to decorate the soup). Cook for 15 minutes.
Mince the rest of the mushrooms.
Beat the cooked ingredients and taste. Add salt to desire. Boil for a few minutes more. Add the minced mushrooms to decorate the soup – boil for 5 minutes more. Enjoy!
